IHUG Brings the Power of Friendship to Charter Oak CA
IHUG is a unique organization that brings together people of all ages, backgrounds and interests to foster relationships and build community in Charter Oak, California. Founded in 2020, IHUG works to foster meaningful relationships, create an atmosphere of inclusivity and celebrate the diversity of the Charter Oak community.
IHUG stands for “Intergenerational Humanitarian Unity Group” and is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The mission of IHUG is to “bring the power of friendship and understanding to those of all ages, backgrounds and interests”. The organization seeks to create meaningful relationships and foster a sense of community throughout Charter Oak.
IHUG hosts regular events and activities that bring together people from all walks of life. At these events, attendees can connect with others, learn from one another and find common ground in their experiences. From educational seminars to social gatherings, IHUG works to cultivate an atmosphere of inclusivity and understanding.
IHUG also works to build relationships with the local business community. Through partnerships with local businesses, IHUG is able to provide meaningful job opportunities to those in the Charter Oak community.
