Residents of Arno Crescent feel the love with the installation of ihug Friendship lamps.
The ihug Friendship Lamp is a unique way to keep people connected and show they care, regardless of distance. The lamps are a perfect way to show that someone is thinking of you, or to just simply say hello.
The ihug Friendship Lamp was installed in Arno Crescent as part of a neighbourhood project to bring people closer together. The lamps were placed in various locations around the crescent, allowing people to send and receive a hug from afar, no matter how far apart they are.
The lamps are connected to a mobile app, with each lamp having its own unique address. Through the app, users can send messages, photos, and other symbols to the other person’s lamp. When a message is received, the lamp will light up, and the receiver of the message will know that someone is thinking of them.
